How fresh is your coffee?

We roast specialty Arabica beans every day in our shop on Brent Lane in Pensacola. Online orders ship shortly after roasting, so your coffee arrives about as fresh as it gets.

How do I place an order?

Browse our coffees on the site and use the Shop Online store, or email your order to ordersdp@drowsypoetcoffee.com. For large or catering orders, see the question below.

Do you cater events?

Yes! We offer a Full Espresso Bar with two baristas for your event, plus Boxes and Urns of fresh coffee to go. Email us with your date, location, and headcount and we'll put together the details.

Where are you located and what are your hours?

Our roastery is at 86 Brent Lane, Pensacola, FL 32503 (Sun 8am–2pm, Mon–Fri 6am–5pm, Sat 7am–5pm). We also have café locations in Pace, at the Airport, on Navy Blvd, at Pensacola State College, and at West Florida Hospital. See the Locations section for addresses.

What if there's a problem with my order?

We stand behind our coffee. If something isn't right, email ordersdp@drowsypoetcoffee.com with your order details and we'll make it right.

Do you offer decaf or organic options?

Absolutely — we carry Swiss-Water washed decaf and certified-organic fresh-roasted coffees. Look under our Coffees section.
